The e-STUDIO353/453 has a build-to-order design, allowing businesses to customize their device to best suit their business needs, ranging from a stand-alone copier to a fully integrated MFP. "Toshiba's e-STUDIO353/453 is a highly versatile and affordable MFP that offers a full range of capabilities and power features that can seamlessly be incorporated into numerous business processes and document management workflows, said Joe Contreras, director, Product and Solutions Marketing for TABS. ŭTABS is pleased to continue adding quality products to its fleet of e-STUDIO machines, offering customers endless business workflow options for workgroups of any size.ŭ Ideal for medium-sized workgroups, the e-STUDIO353/453 vertical market includes banks, insurance companies, law firms, real estate companies and engineering/architecture firms, and also is approved for use in health care-based business environments. The e-STUDIO353/453 is an update to TABSŭ multiple award-winning series, the e-STUDIO352/452. Toshibaŭs e-BRIDGE Technology Copy and Print Capabilities By upgrading the e-STUDIO353/453 series with printing capabilities, users add parallel and network cross-platform printing supporting Windows, Unix and Macintosh operating systems over a wide variety of common network protocols. Standard printer languages include PCL 6 and PostScript 3, combined with a sizeable 40GB hard disk drive to process large print jobs and support advanced print features. These features facilitate business requirements outside of many standard stand-alone printers, including professional finishing options such as hole punching, stapling, duplexing and booklet making. Scan and Fax Functionality In addition to printing and scanning, the Toshiba e-STUDIO353/453 series outputs facsimiles at 45 PPM and offers fast 33.6 Kbps walk-up faxing, network faxing, and Internet faxing, yielding scan speeds of 0.7 seconds per page and transmission speeds of three seconds per page. The e-FILING function on the e-STUDIO343/453 series offers 200 private user mailboxes and one public box. Users can create individual password protected mailboxes and input documents into the box via scanning, printing from the desktop, fax, or Internet fax. The public box offers storage of frequently requested documents, such as human resources forms, or corporate documents and policies, allowing users to print all documents on demand, thereby saving paper and storage space. High Reliability The e-STUDIO353/453, as with all e-STUDIO MFPs, is eCopy ready to connect an organization's e-mail and other networked applications for low-cost, easy, instantaneous distribution, and management of scanned documents. The e-STUDIO353/453 series is immediately available through Toshiba's nationwide network of dealers.
